Additional costs
Graduation Dinner
Our Academy graduation dinner is held in July and December each year. Current cost is approximately $125 per head and is an additional cost.
Students are encouraged to bring family and friends and it is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate gaining not only your Australian Diploma but also your International Diploma.
Method of payment
We have several different methods of payment to cover a variety of student needs. We are always happy to discuss alternative payment methods should you have different requirements.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 will hold a place for the course of your choice
Payment Plan 1. Advance Payment with Discount
A $500 discount plus $500 worth of skin care products is applicable to the Diploma and Certificate 1V students if fees are paid in full 2 weeks before course commencement.
Should this method be chosen, Diploma Fees are $13,250 and Certificate $11,250.
Includes uniforms, learners notes, log book, and all supplies needed for classroom practical work and international examination fees. Students pay an application fee of $250 and enrolment fee of $1000 on acceptance and the balance of $12,000 two weeks before course commencement
Our refund policy is available at the end of this prospectus, and is also on our web site and in our student handbook. It is also explained thoroughly at orientation day.
Payment Plan 2. Pay as you go over 6 months with Discount
If students choose to pay their course over a shorter period of time, with a deposit and 6 monthly payments, students receive a $250 discount plus $250 worth of skin care products.
Students pay an application fee of $250 followed by an enrolment fee of $1250 upon acceptance and 6 payments of $2000, first payment due first day of course
This includes tuition, books, uniform, supplies and international examination fees.
Payment Plan 3 (no deposit)
Students may elect to pay 11 equal instalments of $1250
Students pay an application fee of $250 followed by an enrolment fee of $1000 upon acceptance and 10 further payments of $1250 starting the first day of course.
Payment Plan 4 (Distance learning only)
3 payments of $3500 at beginning of each semester

Individual Unit of competence - Full cost is payable with application form.
